The Hotel Jay Deluxe is good. Staff members of Hotel Jay Deluxe not looking so active. I have complaint regarding the television is not working but they ignored that issue. When i entered in the room, the room was not cleaned properly. The environment of Hotel Jay Deluxe was peaceful which i liked most. There was no disturbance. My money was worth it not gone waste.

I booked room offline and stayed that night in this Hotel Jay Deluxe i found that the behaviour of all staffs are very positive and supportive

The room was comfortable, the ac was working and the bathroom was big and clean. The only problem was that the ac rooms of the Hotel Jay Deluxe were on the third floor and i was staying with my father who found it tiring to climb to the third floor. Everything else was good, the stay was satisfactory.

Had a pleasant stay along-with my friend as a tourist. The room was well furnished, very clean and maintained. Service was very good. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the town, just 2 minutes walk from sasaram railway station. The staff was ready for all the help that i asked for.
