Hotel JD Inn

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My wife and I had recently gotten married and were in the process of receiving our official marriage certificate. We booked a room at this hotel expecting a warm welcome, but instead, we were met with unbelievable hostility and judgment. To our shock, the hotel management refused to let us stay in the same room, despite us clearly explaining our situation. Their lack of empathy, basic courtesy, and understanding was appalling. Rather than offering a solution or showing even the slightest respect, they treated us with suspicion and disrespect. Hospitality means creating a safe, welcoming space for guests—not humiliating them

After booking hotel people informed me that there all rooms are booked and no vacancy for me. I informed them that my booking is non refundable and i am already on my way to hotel. Finally they managed one room for me. There poor breakfast is always a concerned. The whole thing needs big transformation
