room was good. clean without smell with a spacious balcony. staff behaviour is good. also has lift. location is good, walkable to Sindhi camp metro. food in in-house kitchen is delicious. found it while searching locally and booked with mmt. best stay at affordable price.

The hotel staff is very good , the room is clear and good, the hotel location is perfect and the correct location

pathetic hotel and pathetic old man at the reception...will try to make you fool by giving you the room which you have not opted for... disgusting smell, very dirty washroom and dirty linens... corridor is messy and dirty....shit hotel...don't book to lose your hard earned money....

Nice arrangement with pleasant service. Tasty food with tawa roti giving home feel. Though located in street but well connected with main road. Altogether good experience.

It was average, service is not satisfactory

Firstly we booked family room but they provided 2 rooms in which one room was not at all clean..i have taken pictures of the same..toilet was not in the condition to use.blanket was stinking and no proper cushion covers

Hotel looks unsafe for family, untrained staff, no any importance to customer or guest, at the place of superior 3 bed delux room a small size room allotted with a double bed and a single gadda only. Bed sheet was torn and dirty, blanket was dirty and smelling, room was full of smoking smell, tap and flush was leaking. Balcony was dirty with pan residue. Overall terrible experience. A kind of cheat to customer (us) as we were not able to get refund in case of cancellation. At-least this facility could be provided, so that customer can take decision if found room not as per detail shared will booking.

It was a bad experience with this hotel. Please don't visit with family. Dirty bathroom.

The hotel is pathetic. Rooms are so small. Staff isn’t friendly. They dont provide dental kit, hand towel. One day there was no hot water. I showered with cold water on 31/12/23 i. E. In december month when its so cold. Even breakfast was pathetic and they wanted to charge extra 60- for milk as well. Don’t recommend this to anyone.

The location is near the station that's perfect and the foods were delicious but the interior i. E. Rooms were small in ground floor. That's it.

Room service was not so good and washroom was not maintained properly. Food was okay and staff behavior was also okay.

Very bad experience. The guy sitting at the reception during afternoon time is very arrogant. They don't provide bathing soaps and said that guests need to bring own soaps as per their choices. Neither ac nor fan was working properly. The bed mattress was terrible. Location is also in a very interior region. Highly overpriced as well
