Hotel Jinendra Palace

Its a budget stay in Jaipur. Nothing fancy but you will get all essential things like geyser, AC and tea on order. Food items have reasonable rates.

Room provide me in basement, in the hotel profile it is not written that room is in basement. Room was average quality, pillow was very hard, wash room was nice , staff was good, food was good as expected. personally I was not looking the room in the hotel but due to prepaid amount I have no option but to stay there.

The location was close to the railway station and the stay was good the staff was cooperative and well behaved the food was also good and we enjoyed our stay and the tourist places were nearby

Service was not good. Tea was not good. AC not working properly. A hot water facility was available . Staff behaviour was not good.

Mini Fridge Unoperational , denies for replacement by house keeping staff & food is good but depends upon booking capacity as they don't bother for individual booking 1st day breakfast was OK but second day they denies for full breakfast but limit one meal (to either one paratha or one sandwich) Why we charge for full if service is limited I will rate average but reachable from railway station or bus stand (Sindhi Camp)

It's was good the staff is too cooperative and hotel was good and clean and the nearby area is also good

staff was very humble and rooms was very neat ,clean and tidy. service also pretty good. if you don't like hotel food then you can order swigy or zomato,no one can deny.

cheating I had opted for early check-in at the time of online booking and was not showing that it was chargeable but at the time of check-in I was charged a handsome amount for it ..

Good service, very cooperative manager Sher Singh and support staff, neat and clean rooms along with very good meal preparation. Will definitely recommend staying here when visiting will definitely stay here next time.

Location is too good. Near sindhi bus stand. Walking distance service cleanness is also too good. But gst bill not. Given by on counter (it's not good)

Staff have been making so much noise and were using abusive language with each other or someone. Only the rooms are spacious.

Nice location near the market. You can access nearby restaurants and markets to buy traditional goods

1. Room is in basement. It should not be there during emergency no exit. 2. Suffocated room. 3. I demanded for ac remote and it was not provided by the staff. As i would like to minimize the suffocation by on of the ac. 4. Mm t should take care if the hotel room in basement so owner of hotel fulfills all the safety norms.

The accommodation, rooms, bathrooms were neat and clean. Furnishers were clean. Car parking was good. All the emplyees were very polite and cooperative. I'll like to stay there on my next trip.

Hotel needs to accept online payment service. Now for any food inside hotel only cash payment is available. Otherwise facility is good but not the excellent.

There was no bathtub in the hotel as they have mentioned in make my trip aap. Room service is late. Overall it is average.
