HOTEL JMD INTERNATIONAL - BAGDOGRA

I came here after completing my trekking to sandakphu phalut trek. I like the welcoming in the hotel, cleanliness and space of the room. They have big rooms,clean and attentive staff.

After booking a supreme duplex ac room for 3 guest and 1 child they gave us a non duplex room wherein the bathroom was non functional. There was insufficient bedding. I wont recommend someone to stay at the hotel

Room was too smelly and untidy. No one received the call at reception and only one staff was there at hotel. . Staff was not cooperative. Room was smelly, no one picks the call at reception.

I found this hotel on make my trip app. Hotel was excellent as described in image. Service and food was excellent. Value for money.

It was a clean room and very nice service with good wifi connectivity and a very good front office service

The rooms were fine. The description was misleading. It seemed like there were two beds, one double bed and a single bed. But that wasn’t the case. They refused to provide matteress as well. After a lot of discussion and negotiation, they gave us an extra room. That was the only issue. Rest everything was fine. Rooms are good. Location is also good.

Horrible hotel …the pictures are way different from what in reality. they gave me a single room smaller than size of a kitchen ….I checked out then n there seeing the place.

Never book this hotel, the hotel first refused to give us room saying that they are full, even after doing a prepaid booking 15 days before. The single room which they later managed to arrange was a size of a small 1st class railway compartment. A single person was managing the hotel as a manager, service boy, cook etc.

We stayed here for one night, as we had to catch a flight the next morning. It was a nice clean room with all amenities like water heater and geyser. The hotel is also close to the airport.

There is nothing international about this property. Old religious place is converted into hotel. And the furniture items are sort of brought from local hospitals. Rubber mattress over steel cots.
