Hotel JOY

I have been staying at Joy with my wife for a couple of times and overall it has been a good experience, the Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. The area in which the Hotel is located is a good locality (Sakchi). There is dominos nearby and some other good restaurants also. You can order room service in the Hotel itself too.

Good location, good hospitality especially by service boys .. Food quality was not good .. Breakfast start timing can be a bit earlier to help people move for their work on time .. People at reception need to be more considerate .. Room facilities and interiors are good in the range ..

Room is small. Does not have a table or chair. Only double bed and cupboard. However excellent cleanliness. Good hospitality of staff. Checkout at Hotel JOY is 24 hrs from arrival but fixed checkout at 12 noon is given for booking through make my trip

Location of Hotel JOY is good, Food quality is also good, Staff behaviour is very nice. Room conditions are very good & it is very nice Hotel JOY to stay for business purposes in Jamshedpur - Jharkhand. Also recommend to our other friends.

Good food, good behaviour of the staffs. Location is also best in place. Al together its a nice experience. Though the rooms are small but cozy. Buffet breakfast was not available stating tge reason of low customer but the rooms were full

The Hotel JOY is good. Except the Hotel JOY location and room size, everything is good. The rooms have Geyser, AC, Led TV, Complimentary Breakfast for guest. The Hotel JOY is visible from the main road and situated back of the Gurudwara.

Cleanliness, good room service, food quality, staffs behavior, and location are one the most important parts of a Hotel. In Joy, everything was perfect. 10/10 to staffs and room service people and chef for the tasty food. Thank you all.

I stayed second times in this Hotel JOY. Hotel is maintain and neat and Clean. Behaviour of staff is very good. Room service is prompt. Only the problem is superior rooms are small in size. Limited options in complimentary breakfast.

Hotel was good the room are clean and well maintained. Location was also good.
The toilet was broken. The staff at the reception at the time of check-in are not good. they judging people by look and dressing style.

Food have no tasty, everything else is fine. You can enjoy the nearby market.

The complimentary breakfast didn't have any good option. Door lock was not working well. Rooms could have been a little bigger.
