First their ground floor is 10 feet above the road, so if you have some leg problem or you are old person , to take lift you have to climb first. They do not have proper attendants, even for tea you have to remind them. They do not provide toilet paper. The room has a spider web, not cleaned properly. The only plus point is that they have a good air conditioner system and good room decoration.
