⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a truly wonderful stay at Jungle Palace Resort, Bandhavgarh. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect getaway for anyone visiting the national park. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff were extremely warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The management also helped us with safari bookings and guided us with all the details, which made our trip hassle-free. The resort has a lovely natural ambience, with open lawns, a swimming pool, and plenty of space to relax after safaris. It’s the perfect mix of comfort and wilderness. I would highly recommend Jungle Palace Resort to anyone planning a trip to Bandhavgarh. Truly a memorable experience

Additionally, on the day of your checkout, we went the extra mile by preparing a packed breakfast for you and your children at around 6:00 am, whereas our kitchen usually opens after Jungle Safari packs breakfast in the morning. This was a special arrangement, as packed breakfast is not a standard (AP Plan) practice at most hotels, but we wanted to accommodate you and your family, especially keeping the children in mind. We also provided late dinner service for some members of your group to ensure your convenience. If there was any oversight or mistake on our part or that of our staff, we sincerely apologize. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to improve our services. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

1. The property is tiny. Smallest in bandhavgarh. Makemytrip is charging double the amount this hotel is worthy of. You can find actual palaces in this price range whereas this hotel is so small

I am sorry sir, I agree with you. But sir, we have given a good room and good place to the family that came with you, you also know that. And you also know that your room has AC. But that day the AC of your room was broken and we tried our best to get your AC repaired, but since this is a forest area, we were unable to do so. I am sorry that you had inconvenience during your stay here.
