Hotel Jupiter

We visited the Hotel Jupiter having a good expectation but after visiting the room, the room was ok but in the washroom there was no tissue paper, we managed for one day but another day in the morning we told at the reception to clean the room and told them to put a tissue paper as well but when we came back we found the room was clean but again there was no tissue paper and on top of that they replaced two dirty towel with one cleaned towel as if they had a shortage of towel in their Hotel Jupiter. We again called at the reception to put a tissue paper and in the evening we finally got a tissue paper. So it is not about the small thing like tissue paper but it is about the customer services and how you promptly take action on customers requirement. This is not the end. On the 2nd day we told them to book a sharing cab for Rohtang for which we guys were told to report at 8:30 a.m. at the reception and the other family was supposed to be there at 8:00 a.m. On the next day, we were on time but the other family was late so we thought to have a breakfast till the time they don't turn up. We came back after having a breakfast and still the other family wasn't there. So we sat in the Alto car and we were waiting. We kept calling at the reception to check for the family but still there was no good response. So finally we decided to move and we guys were ready to bear the whole Rohtang trip and the driver was agree to it. So we left the Hotel Jupiter and all of sudden the driver got a call from the Hotel Jupiter that why he left the other family behind. Driver simply told him that he wasn't supposed to wait for 1 hr but still he did and even after that the other family was not there. But the reception guy told driver to wait for another minute because the other family was on its way. Now the interesting part, the family who was late came with there condition that they will be sitting at the back. And when we denied, they refused to sit. I got so annoyed at that time but I controlled and we moved on. Still the manager of the Hotel Jupiter wasn't satisfied with this. He again called the driver and told him not to take the cab anywhere and he ordered him to bring the cab back to the Hotel Jupiter. At that time I got so angry and after reaching Hotel Jupiter, I spoke to the manager that why did he do this and he simply denied. After listening to that my level of frustration was somewhere else. After having a hot discussion he arranged a bullet for us, firstly we guys were not ready to go by bike but later on we agree to it. He took us to the shop from where he was arranging a bike for us. The owner of that shop took 4k from us(2k as security and 2k rent for a bike) and then he took us to the mechanic shop where his bike was some under minor technical work. The mechanic told us to wait for half an hour and we guys waited because we really wanted to go to Rohtang. But someone has said it right, if something is not written in your destiny then you will never get it. We waited for 3 hours and still the bike wasn't ready and it was 2 p.m. and we finally dropped our plan. We went back to the bike owner and he returned our money and I have him a tough look. So my whole day was wasted because of the mismanagement of the Hotel Jupiter. So, guys I would like to request you, never ever come to this Hotel Jupiter. They make fun of your problem. I would like to grade this Hotel Jupiter zero, a big zero.

It's in a narrow lane, where all Hotel Jupiter buildings are cramped to each other and no open space, far from mall road. It will cost 100₹ at least in auto from mall road. Vehicle parking available. Prompt room service. It's in Manali town where all the Hotel Jupiters are located together hence no open area and a lot of pollution as well. If anyone has there own car then better to take in outskirt and enjoy the open location and fresh air. Manali has become quite crowded place now. People are friendly. Can hire a bike on a daily basis, that's a good option. An electric bus is available from the bus station at mall road to Rohtang pass, can book bus tickets online and get seats reserved. Manu temple is good place and peaceful to visit. Food is avg. Rooms are ok. Parking is available for a few vehicles.

Room are spacious all amenities though toiletries can be better and fountain should be there. Food is ok. Less variety and all items not available. Snacks are available in evening only. little far from mall road but overall good experience and nice stay at this budget.

We reached Hotel Jupiter around 7pm. The good thing was there is no delays in check in every thing was ready. Whatever we asked everything was provided as soon as possible. Hotel is situated just 10 to 15 min walkable distance from mall road not far from city centre and near to hadimba temple. You can enjoy snow covered mountain view from the Hotel Jupiter room. Good room clean washroom. Bed linen blankets were clean. Good staff with excellent behaviour. Good room service. No delays in early check out.

I was checked in for my honeymoon trip and room was awesome for any couple. Luxury, cleaning, staff behavior are perfect. I was happy for one incident that they called me twice for breakfast and 3 waiters are waiting for me because I'm the last one. Nobody is going before finish my breakfast. Thank you Hotel Jupiter. I'll definitely visit here again.

It is a good Hotel Jupiter in the budget category. The location is quite well in reach and offers a good access to the tourists in terms of tourist destinations. Hadimba temple is well in reach. The staff is courteous and quite cooperative. Rooms are clean and housekeeping support is available through out. Overall, it was a good experience.

The Hotel Jupiter is located near to Hadimba Temple Road. Hotel rooms are clean. Behaviour of Hotel Jupiter staff are very cordial and friendly. We must appreciate Shri Lalmon Thakur and ShriLedh Ram Thakur of Room Service / Restaurant for their hospitality. The view from 3 rd floor and above is superb.

We had a good experience while staying here, amenities was good, though they don't accept card mode of payment but overall it was a quite good experience, Hotel staff behavior was very polite and respectful, and the location was also preferable.

Hotel is 1-1.5km from mall road and just near to Hadimba Devi temple, you'll get a good view from Hotel Jupiter. Room were spacious and well maintained.

Hotel staff was very cooperative with the guests, and all the tourist spots in the City was near to the Hotel, food quality was also very good.

Hotel Jupiter is a best Hotel Jupiter in Manali. Staff members are very helpful. Service is good. Especially food is very tasty. Hotel is neat & clean. It's near in market. My experience is good in this Hotel Jupiter.
