Hotel Jyoti Plaza

recently had an incredible experience at Hotel Jyothi Plaza in Goa! The Hotel Jyoti Plaza's prime location allowed easy access to Goa's beautiful attractions. The staff, especially Shubham Gutham, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Fast check-in made our arrival seamless, and the impeccable service continued throughout our stay. The rooms were not only comfortable but also well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing retreat. Hotel Jyothi Plaza truly exceeded my expectations, providing a delightful blend of excellent service, prime location, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Goa!

One day stay 1. The front office was hot. No ac not even a fan. I felt uncomfortable during my wait of 15 mins 2. No tea/coffee service from 6 to 8 am. I hope you will agree that we need a cup of tea or coffee to start our day 3. The door lock had a problem and was difficult to unlock at times. 4. Public transport is very poor in goa. The Hotel Jyoti Plaza can offer some options to customers at a reasonable price 5. The room provided to me was excellent but they need to get pest control done for their wash rooms.

Centrally located property at madgaon in close vicinity of airport, bus stand, railway station, main market. Overall ambience is good including room, food at restaurant is average, break fast poor. Managment is not considerate over a breakage of a glass accidently and has charged exorbitantly. Staff most courteous. Comparing the charges for stay it is value for money and i recommend strongly this property. There is scope for improvement as stated above matters.

Hotel is good located in center of main area of goa margao. 1st impression is also good got my room without any hassle. And room is spacious for two people but i was solo so i was more than for me. The main issue with this Hotel Jyoti Plaza is restaurant rate are to expensive and i got ill after eating from that restaurant. Overall a good stay in goa for small business trip or for vacation

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Excellent settings, ambience and supportive staffs. Best spot to stay during rainy season. Encircled by market place is an advantage for shopping too.

The property is decent, rooms are well maintained and spacious. Food taste was average and they ask for payment upfront. The Hotel Jyoti Plaza does not have parking space you will have to find a place to park.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive.

Hospitality was good. There were a few water leakage spots near the wall of the washroom. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were the very same menu without varieties.

Rooms were clean. Good staff. We stayed there for 2 days. Food was good. I got this Hotel Jyoti Plaza on mmt. I will again visit this Hotel Jyoti Plaza.
