The Hotel was at a good location. It was a Solo travel. Staff were cooperative. The allotted room's size was okay. Washroom was hygienic. Overall, it was a value for money stay.

The Hotel was very unhygienic because of which there were lot of mosquitoes and insects. It was not good. I made a complaint too but still they weren't able to get me rid of the insects. The staff were generous and were trying to help me out. They arranged food too on request which was good. Overall an average stay.

Not good. Because he treat good only for offline customers. They wait me for 4 hours, where as they have vacant rooms.

Sir, we apologize for the inconveniences caused, but as I know about the matter no room was vacant at that time because we have bookings of all rooms day before your booking and check-out time is 11 a.m.

Poor service and dingy rooms... Not recommended... Lack of cleanliness... Too spicy food... Children were not able to eat it... Not value for money. I will not recommend this hotel.
