Very good staff and fabulous place , all ghats are walking distance from hotel , I’ll suggest u have to Stay here

They are very good at hosting. Good hotel and few meters away from ghats. Had a very pleasant time.

Hotel is very Near to Ganga arathi and temple. As we know all road in kasi are very small. so from ma8n road we need to walk little inside.

hotel staff on reception totally frustrate person he just talk customer with rude launguage like gali and no tv connection not provide tea and breakfast even room not clean bathrooms door is not working

The position of this hotel is too bad. Specially for aged person. And its not a hotel. You can say its lodge. Fooding facility are not available here. They tie up with a local hotel. They were serve terrible food. The rooms are not worthy. Small room. I m not satisfied. Me and my mother are not happy. In that we get room only one small cupboard and a chair. No availability of table and chairs for eating anything. I ask for those things. They provide 2 small tools and qs a table. And that one is too low hight. Yes bathroom also disputed. They have not repair it. Only one care taker is their. Kailash ji. Yes he always help me and maa. And always take care of my mom. As the hotel is situated n ali golu. So vehicles are not able to came so kailash ji help my mother to go that places from where we can get a vehicle. I give hi. 1500 as tips. I know money can't value his efforts. But i tried to help him as a human being. But i must say the behaviour of the hotel mannager and his staffs is very nice. They are very helpful also. But they needs to be more careful on their rooms. Thats it.

No aircon, the aircon was not functioning well. After check-in and i checked out within few hours never stay overnight. I booked other hotel and left.

I checked in the hotel at 7 pm but condition of the hotel was very bad. Ac was not working at all. When we complained about this on make my trip the hotel owner told us to vacate the hotel hence we vacated the hotel at 1 am in morning and we have to book another hotel. I want a full refund for this stay. This is a harrasment where in the middle of night i have to roam at roads with my newborn baby. I was not at all safe. When we were complaining about the hotel with your customer care executive they threatened us. This was such a terrible experience. I will put up a high level complaint for this. This is not at all acceptable. I want a refund for my money and explanation for this.

Hotel is at very close but streets near hotels are dirty. Hotel manager was very wierd nature. He always stay angry. If you ask for something he directly say it's not in their tradition. Breakfast they bought from outside and they don't hear it and directly serve to you. We booked three rooms there. We ask to clean our room after coming from temple around 3 pm. He told us we don't clean after 11. It's not in our tradition. We booked hotel for 10 people in which 7 adults and three kids (aged 5, 8 and 11. Hotel didn't provide breakfast for kids and we asked them to heat milk ( we bought from outside. He said no we will not do it. Also he said no for extra tea for which we were paying. He took charges from us of kids made wall dirty with their hands. He was totally money minded. For milk for kids he started fighting and scolding kids and adults. Our stay was very unpleasant and terrible. Please don't book this hotel and moreover this hotel is not having license somehow they are managing hotels for earning money.

Service was poor action of staff was not prompt. Location though near ghats but in snkchut street off

Property on good location but way are very nerrow gully. 2 to 3 minutes from ashwamedh ghat and opp mum2 cafe in gully. Nice stay at hotel and staff are helpful.

Place was clean. Very near to main dasashwamegh ghat. Tv was not working at all. The staff is very helpful. They try best to help.

No connectivity by auto car any wheel and no attendant for any order either phone or call bad service on responding

My stay was plea-sent at kv hotel palace. Best budget hotel in kashi vishvanath temple. Staff was very polite

My parents and aunt went into stay after i booked this hotel for them. Initially they had given them a room on the third floor but then shifted them to first floor considering their age. The staff was humble and generous. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that the access to this hotel is limited. Cars and taxis do not reach and even the e-rickshaws drop you far from the entrance. But still it's close to the ghats and other temples. Overall a nice place to stay in.

"my experience at k v palace hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite arranging an early check-in and late check-out with the owner, he reneged on our agreement and threatened to make me vacate early. The hotel, situated in narrow streets, had a non-functional tv and issues with running water. The staff were rude and lacked the manners to properly communicate with their guests. The quality and service were poor, not justifying the rs paid. It felt like it was worth less than rs 1000. Overall, it was a total letdown"

It was an excellent experience, the owner is a very humble and kind heart-ed person, always care us. I am very much satisfied and highly recommend and want to say everyone that please must stay at this hotel. I will go again varanasi and stay at this hotel again.

Stay is good, very nee t & tidy. Main thing is it is very close to dashaswamedha ghat & also temple. Good hotels are nearby.

Location was good as dashawmedha ghat was very near to this hotel. Hotel staff was cooperative. For food, they have a tie up with someone, and it was good. Special mention for the tea made by the staff. It was awesome. Only issue that we faced was that the tv didn't work during our stay and they didn't change our room also.

We already paid breakfast at booking. They charged it bring from somewhere. No good arrangement for this. And two days breakfast booked but take only one day. They asked for payment again. Not good people

had a terrible experience, the owners manager manages the hotel and his way of communication is worst he doesn't even know the meaning of अतिथि देवा भब: he was treating us like we are living there for free we asked for tv connection he didn't even gave that facility and when we asked about it he asked us to leave and said I'll throw your luggage out. They are running the hotel but dont even know the term hospitality! Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone 2 more adults were extra with us for that also he raised a loud voice we paid extra money per person which is ok . And when we said why are you speaking in loud voice he answered I talk like this only. Overall the experience was worst.
