Their room service is extremely unreliable. Every time you request something, they either completely forget or delay the delivery by 1–2 hours

Very good room with service & complimentary breakfast. Room service is good. Maintenance is good. Cleanliness is good Stay is very comfortable. Food is excellent. I had complementary breakfast buffet which is excellent. Location is beside the highway. Facilities and services are wonderful.

Over all experience was good, food quality needs to be changed, food is not served as mentioned in menu. Staff should more active and fast.

We stayed for 2 nights at Kailash International Hotel, Barmer. The hotel has been completely renovated & a new wing added recently. It is in excellent condition. The rooms are fairly large & very well appointed. All facilities are of good. The hotel has several restaurants, some are still in the making. The buffet breakfast is quite wholesome. However, the dinner buffet was not up to the mark. The a la carte items in another restaurant on premise was nothing to write home about. The bar is quite good but slightly pricey. On the whole a very nice & surprising hotel experience in Barmer

This was the best option I could find in Barmer and it did turn out to be good. Even though it is 25 years old hotel but has been recently renovated and thus looks quite grand from outside and the lobby. The room I stayed in has been partially renovated and was comfortable, clean and functional. Yes, road noise is a bit of a problem, but that goes with its good location just on the highway passing through Barmer.

Rooms and bathroom quality very poor and room service also poor

The hotel is good. But I am extremely disappointed by the in room dining services. They don't offer the food in room if you are having MAP plan. The restaurant area and food for MAP and Alacarte are different and Alacarte are not served in Dawat Hall. so friends can not have food together if both not having MAP. so what I feel is that Dinner services here are not good.

Hotel is under construction. Ac water flowing in the room. Small room. Should not be recommended till construction is going on

The stay was comfortable with a very supportive staff. There was a good variety in food options and worth trying.

The location of Kailash hotel was apt for me on the side of the bypass. The renovation was going on but still that didnt cause any problems for me. All was good.
