Hotel Kailash Residency

Staff were courteous and pleasant. Room service was superb. However , could have paid more attention to clean the dust. A thick layer in the room. Otherwise, value for money.

It was really a good stay for us. Property has been kept clean and the service was really good. Room setup was really stunning.

washroom was very small and big water problem for about 3-4hrs and there was only one staff for night. And missed my big meeting because of this

The hotel was not as per what we could see . It was very average hotel. I don’t think cost and hotel amenities match. Food was quite expensive for this kind of hotel.

Hotel room is neat. But the hotel is not well equipped in terms of back up. There was no power for the whole day (i stayed for 4 days) and no water. Also, no hot water for a day. Breakfast is only available from 8 am. But staff in the restaurant are good. Had a chance to interact with abhinaya who always served with a smile

Hotel is located at a walking distance from bus stop. Rooms are good and cleanliness is also good!

Room service was slow. The hotel should have a person who knows hindi or english and communicates to customers. Complimentary breakfast not up to mark.

Accessible place, neat and clean, new hotel, nominal price. Food is available in the restaurant. Staff to be trained.

Room size is too small for 3 guests. Food is good. Room service not available after 6 pm

My experience is bad. The bathroom has cold water problems. Raised an issues many times to the hotel admin, but no action taken

It was a very good hotel and neat. The premises were very clean and the staff were cooperative. Complimentary breakfast was also good.

Location, room and toilet are good, neat, clean, but too small. The furniture inside the room makes it cramped. The fan was making too much of noise. Toiletries- you need to ask, lucky if you find some one who can help. No drinking water, one tea milk/ sugar near kettle(even you are with more than one person. Need to improve the service.

Nice location. Staffs good. All are new personal and clean rooms. Compliment breakfast superb. Parking place not there.

Room was good. No parking and you got to park on the road.

Excellent hotel with restaurant, friendly staff. But room cleaning done only after multiple requests. Open car parking. Hotel has access to all necessary shops nearby

The stay was comfortable with its plus and minus points. Plus - clean and neat good rooms. Courteous staff. Good restaurant serving good and tasty food. Minus - roadside parking. Staff seems to be a bit lost. Could not not have the promised complimentary breakfast as it was not ready 20 minutes beyond the promised time.

Try to improve the basic amenities like morning coffee around 5.30 AM. Breakfast service was good. Rest is 👍
