Room quality poor. No intercom, no water, glass in the room, smell of dampness in the room. No electric kettle and tea coffee pouch. Cleanliness poor.

All the comments rectified and resolved it we have kept hot water is out of room common area in water dispensor due to jio wifi was not working that day so that rest things was not working after some times working all kindly visit again thank you Team kalika palace

Non ac rooms are not upto to the hygiene, just sweeping and clean bathrooms, bedsheet used several times and rooms in basement so always dump smells, not pleasant at all. I was switched twice but none of the rooms bed-sheets fresh. No intercom, no wifi, no tv, electric switches are broken. In one room so i have to change the room second time.

Apologies we have resolved it quickly and wifi issue was from jio side only intercom is also working from WiFi only/ Bed sheet stail was oil only that was not dirty and we changed when you ask suddenly Sorry team kalika palace

Stay is on the hilltop. Enjoyed a lot but non ac rooms are horrible. So i shift to ac by giving extra charge. Staff is polite and humble btw. They will arrange whatever you want.

Terrible Stay

We had a terrible experience with hotel kalika palace. Manager called us and asked for extra money. Also, he threatened us to not come to hotel if we are not going to pay him extra. He denied our check in if we donโt pay him extra.

I arrived late at the hotel i was welcomed by three people who were more than accommodating. Set up in with wi-fi and then my room which was clean and tidy the place was nice and quiet throughout the night and i got good night sleep

Rooms were not at all ventilated. Pungent smell were coming from the bathroom and cupboard. Bugs and cockroaches were found in the tea table and tv slab.
