Pathetic experience due to foul smell of water and dampness in the room

I came to Indore with high hopes and expectations. Would give full marks for the variety of food items are on offer alongwith superb quality. Same can't be said for the hotel(Kalinga) where we stayed. The room was extremely damp and the water in washroom was red and having foul smell. On bringing the issue to the notice of the staff, they gave unsatisfactory reply and could not resolve the issue even I. three days. The AC seems to be very old and was making too much noise. The tea was was well prepared and served timely. I would recommend to book this hotel only when unavoidable.

The hotel is no where near to 3 star also when asked for room change the entire hotel was vacant still we were given 2 single bed room instead of queen bed
