Hospitality was amazing, all the staff were very active they quickly respond to my need,also all the accessories and equipment in the room were tidy ,neat and clean and more importantly were in working condition.The only thing I din't like was the food although the meal use to be served on time but there was the lack of quality and quantity as per the cost and sometimes what happened is that "I ordered something and received something else.Apart from food all the things were pretty good.

I'm totally disappointed by the hotel's condition, service and facilities. Rooms are in poor condition, smelling very bad, washrooms are not clean, there are no toiletries available, they provide the unpacked water to customers, there's no glass in the rooms, and the lift is not working properly. I felt unsafe, insecure and uncomfortable in this hotel. AC was leaked on sofa. Wardrobe was dirty like it wasn't used by anyone for a long time. I will never prefer and suggest this to anyone.

The room I was given was not clean and dirty bathroom.Also I was given used and dirty blanket. Then I asked for another room.The second room was good.complimentary breakfast was good. staffs were friendly. they also helped me in booking cabs.Need to keep rooms clean.otherwise it's good.hotel is walkable distance to kankaria lake.

Location of the hotel is good but in room number 314, there was entering a continuous smell & smoke of cigarettes and that’s extremely bad for non smoking travellers like us. Even we complained about the same to the hotel management but they did nothing to resolve the issue & that’s highly objectionable.

Comfortable stay and cooperative staf

Hotel staff was fully cooperative. Rooms were equipped with all the facilities you may need in general. In terms of price, it was full value of my money. It is a good budget hotel to stay near git a mandir bus stop and ahemdabad junction, both are just 5-10 minutes ride away from it. I am sure i will book the same hotel if i visit ahemdabad again for work purposes. For luxury purpose, you may opt other option, for budget stay, it was good enough as per my expectations.
