Great place! Bang opposite the railway station, so location can be preferred by few and dislike by few too. We were there for business and so no objections to its location for us. On the face of it, at the entrance, the Hotel Kalinga Palace looks small, but as you climb up, you get astonished that it is really huge! Smooth check in process, very helpful guy at the reception. Lovely room for the price we got it (thanks again you rock? ). If you are there for business or pleasure, with family or alone, this is the place to stay. Food is really good, both veg and non veg. Pricing of food is also very reasonable. They also have a bar, which is reasonably priced, but it's a little dingy and not for families or couples. For us singles, and tired after a days work, the place was totally tolerable for a couple of drinks before retiring. Regards to the room, it's nicely furnished, very spacious and with good bedding and supplies. In short just go for it for a clean budget Hotel Kalinga Palace requirement- I bet you won't be disappointed. Do check for deals first and a value Hotel Kalinga Palace might become even more value through MMT!

Hotel is good with good staffs. Food especially south indian break fast is too good. Staffs are very co-operative. Rooms are clean and OK. The location is very nearby to the Railway station and hence all can reach this Hotel easily. The prices in menu is not Sooo high compared to the quality they offer for the food they are serving.

I visited Barmer and stayed at Kalinga Hotel for 6 days. Good place for business trip. Very close to Barmer Railway station. Hotel staffs are cooperative and friendly. Food quality was better during my previous stay, however this time it seems to have deteriorated. Overall service was good.

The Hotel Kalinga Palace suite room was good and even the food. They just need to better their small facilities like keys issue and other like that. It was a business trip so they provided the best hospitality services. It overall a good experience. Would like to stay again there.

It is alright Hotel Kalinga Palace, did not try about dinner or launch. The breakfast was not great but it might happen due to Sunday. I have stayed for a night only hence cannot give further review about its service & quality. The reception fellow was friendly for late check-in.

The Hotel Kalinga Palace was a good and admirable place to stay at. The only thing that should be looked into in my opinion is the cleanliness and hygiene of the washroom. Apart from the above stated problem the facilities and the services provided very really appreciable.

Nice staying palace and near by railway station and bus stop. Hotel staff are familiar and cooperative with the customer. Room size are big nicely decorated room. Food quality are better other than.

Location is in main market and exact opposite of railway station. Food is average however the hospitality is amazing. Service is fast and staff is very polite.
