Very tasty food good location clean rooms and good staff and roof top restuarant is perfect i would like to stay here again.

Experience: The room we were given was not the one shown in the photos. I had made a complaint about it, but our room was never changed. The room we had originally booked was sold to someone else, and we were given a very small room with no facilities. I also sent photos and videos of the room by email, but nothing was done even after that. There was hardly any space to move around in the room, and the staff’s behavior was rude. Riya ji, with whom I spoke earlier, is aware of their rude behavior. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our stay at all — our issue was not resolved despite complaining, we wasted two hours, and even after paying, we had to face so many problems. We were completely dissatisfied with the experience. Thank you.

The room I got was not even cleaned. The services/amnesties mentioned on MakeMyTrip were not even provided. The telephone in the room was not working. I myself fixed it temporarily for 30mins to call for room service. My stay was for 2 days, no one came to clean the room, to empty the dustbins. I'm glad my stay was only for 2 days. Otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else after 1 day.

Had a great stay checkin facility was good even late at night food was good rooftop

Firstly the pickup for us from the railway station was in auto. Then no welcome drinks were offered as per the MMT offer. Room was good and clean but no toiletry was available in the washroom. Food was good and staff is very helpful.

My stay at the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The balcony feature was truly the cherry on top, adding an extra charm to the room. The in-house restaurant and food were excellent, with great variety and taste. The highlight of my stay was the Sura Rooftop Restaurant—absolutely fabulous, both for its ambiance and dining experience. Highly recommended!

book ac Room but hotlier did't give ac room they charge extra for ac and they also charge for 1bisleri water bottle which is complimentary in all over india per room 1bottle but they charge

location was the worst ever , in food instead buffet they gave us options in the food which all were terrible and amenities were nothing ,when I checked in there was written that there is only free wifi in amenities , room were like that we are staying in some hostel type this much small

A decent stay in Jaipur staff is supportive and kind ,property needs a little maintenance and fresh bedding,main focus and attraction is there rooftop restaurant and cafe sura which is the vibe you dont want to miss ambience is really nice and food is also delicious.

Very worst experience.. and I would suggest to everyone and mmt to either block or avoid take services of this hotel. I have booked this hotel but before check in, they have shifted me some other places out of city 20km away with my little kids and family. there is no hospitality, rude behaviour, only focus making more profit and there is no sentiment of the traveller. Spoil my trip and experience with lovely city.

The location was fine but we got a terrible room with used and not clean washrooms. Ruined my entire stay.

It's good, stay is at a quiet and aesthetic place. We really enjoyed the rooftop seating and the view hotel offers from it's rooftop. Rooms are neat and tidy. Discount?
