Firstly, sorry for that & personally check that you checked in around 8 o'clock and, according to your booking, we clearly mention the time of check in is after 12 noon and early check in possible after 10:30 am. We are only charged the extra time you avail (reached 04 hours early from booking and also check out next day).

The room was way different than what was shown in the picture upon booking. It smelt disgusting and not only the room but entire hallway of the hotel has really bad and unbearable odour. Interior of room was old with really one light and it was not as vibrant as the pictures and then there were many holes in the bedsheets. Washroom didn't smell good either plus the towels were super old they were washed but grayed out. Had to stay because we had no option to switch it in the middle of the night and we were too tired to do anything about it. Won't recommend this ever. Everything was old dim and almost creepy about the room. I wish i could get a refund on this (
