This property is good location, Staff is very cooperative, specially thanks to owner madam, she arranged guide person to reach the hotel when Ujjain is closed due to marriage of Son of CM. Parking space is enough for 10-15 cars. Room is clean, food quality is good. Location is near to temple and smooth to visit Bhasm Aarti if you already booked.

Comfortable stay with scope for betterment

familyMy family of four, including two children, stayed at hotel kanha in ujjain, india, during our december 2023 visit. The hotel is prominently positioned, being a mere 500 meters from the renowned mahakaal mandir, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims and tourists alike. A standout feature of the hotel is its ample parking space, a rarity in this busy area, which added a layer of convenience to our stay. The hotel's own kitchen and in-room dining service were a delight. The food was not only delicious but also catered to a variety of tastes, appealing to both adults and children. While the in-room dining service operates within specific hours, the staff's flexibility and helpfulness more than compensated for this. The staff's cooperative nature was evident throughout our stay, especially when they graciously allowed my family to extend our checkout time by an hour at no extra cost. This gesture was particularly appreciated as i was attending a rudraabhishek pooja during that time. One aspect that could be enhanced is the room cleaning service. At the price point of this hotel, more thorough cleaning and daily replacement of blankets and bed sheets would be expected. Improving these services would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, our experience at hotel kanha was positive, with its proximity to the mahakaal mandir, good facilities, and friendly staff making our stay both comfortable and memorable. The stay at hotel kanha was highly disappointing experience. The rooms did not maintains basic hygiene and the washrooms were shabby and filthy with bad odeur. The condition of the stay was very pathetic and not at all expected. Regret our decision to book this hotel for our stay. it was really very pathetic experience.

Not value for money stay at all

Photo's shown seems old. Recent condition of the property is too bad. Though our booking was of super delux category, it didn't at all match the standards. When we pay almost per night, we expect the property in good condition (forget luxuries. Basic needs are poor. First day when we check in, we don't get hot water which i feel is a basic need. Bathroom accessories are not in good condition, room plugs and switches are not in good condition. Badly needs repair and maintenance.Staff has no uniforms, staff boys didn't serve us, but while checking out, were asking for 'chai pani. The man at reception was courteous, but only that doesn't help. I would not recommend anyone to visit this property.

Very near to temple and parking facility is major point. Hotel service is good, room are also clean and value for money. This is the best option for me to stay when I visit mahakaleshwar. I have stayed here multiple times.

Nice room, nice stay, but they don't provide dinner so choose your hotel accordingly ... I would suggest this one as it is a budget hotel but the hotel staff is not very much co-operative. So visit it if you want cheap

Room is good and hotel is near mahakaleshwar temple and the Food is best hotel owner is very polite his service is better than other, morning tea they are serving us that is awesome All is well all is good

Had a great fun! Staff is really nice and helpful! The bedroom was very suspicious and very comfortable! Food was good and great value for money and service in both places alternative and efficient!
