Location was ok but amenities and services were worst, it was like nightmare. Don't ever think of this Hotel. It's worst than staying in dharamshala.

Please mention proper response. I agree that in huge rush. solar Geyser did not give hot water but normal water for bathing was coming. otherwise I don't think that there was any problem. But any how its your side customer has their own view. Next time provide photo with review also. Thanks for response

groupToilet not cleaned, stale marks, old bad sheets, old towels, bad mattress, one of the most horrible hotel. It is actually a banquet hall, and rooms converted for this stay.

Water of Rewa is not good. They leave marks when when not used for long period. Bed-sheets are daily Dry Cleaned , If there was any issue you should have told . We always have new stock of Bed-sheets. Mattress are different in Standard and Deluxe Room. We run Banquet halls in seasons but Hotel 12 months. In such rush We always provided accommodation to every persons. few were charged and few without charge. as they can't review here. but in Google Map we have good rating .

Room dirty with spider webs, no towel, no soap and staff neither courtesious nor cooperative. What type of photos you require. It is better to verify the facts bye deputing your representative to inspect room no. G-2. If you have any doubt on my views, call me when visiting to inspect the hotel.

Price was much higher as compared with the ones it should be. No soaps, mirror, towels. However, their hospitality & food was good.

Price was higher due to Online Booking. as there were no rooms available in REWA CITY. And offers were not given online due to rush. Sometimes we fail to keep Soaps Towels. due to such rush and Rooms were not locked so If neighbor room in 2 bed 5 persons were leaving. they took towels, soaps, pillow etc from other room. which when asked by customer customers was given. As stock was maintained. Thanks for few Positive Comment

Sorry for behavior of any staff member but how can you say that he was owner as he never visited. but every customer gave positive feedback for the hospitality.

Hot water was problem. If you have given this feedback to me staff directly then bed sheet should have been changed. And at same time If you wold have asked for checkout then there won't have been any problem in refund from my side.
