The bathroom was very Bad Condition No Staff for Cooperation room was very Bad 😭😭😭

Beds were not clean, washrooms were untidy. Lift was not working.

Non Ac rooms without ventilation. No hot water for bathing and No television connection with channels: only youtube. .

I request all ..donot stay in this property..Very bad experience..Room was dirty..was denied booking first then after a long conversation with mmt they allowed to checked in.

The room are not clean like the floor is dusted, the bathroom is not clean.. Inner table, bedsheets all dusty.

I had a very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room was in extremely poor condition — not clean at all, with dust and dirt clearly visible. The bedsheets and pillows were in horrible shape: stained, old, and very uncomfortable to use. It felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. The bathroom was another disaster. There was a transparent glass wall between the bed and the bathroom, which is completely ridiculous and offers no privacy whatsoever. It made the stay extremely awkward and uncomfortable. There were no hangers provided for clothes, and the chair and table were also damaged and unstable. On top of that, the switches for the fan, lights, and charging ports were faulty and unsafe. The lighting in the room was dim and gave a gloomy feel overall. To make matters worse, they have a strict no refund policy. Even after raising these issues, there was no cooperation or support from the staff. I had no choice but to leave the room and shift to another hotel — that’s how bad the experience was. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. It’s not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

the room had cobwebs, toilet washroom was very bad and broken . the smell in the property was really bad . we managed with very difficulty to sleeping the night for few hours in the bad smell to check out early morning .

No lift available. Room was on 3rd floor. Room and Toilet not cleaned and even the bedsheet was not cleaned

I enjoyed my stay overall, but the cleaning needs attention. Specifically, The bedsheets, the bed linens weren't fresh, the room smelled musty, the trash wasn't emptied during my stay, I'm confident that improvements in this area would make the hotel even better.

Hotel rooms are not so good, no restaurant service is available, but the location is good.

The room was very poor. completely opposite of what shown in the images. Poor cleanliness, stains on walls and blankets, Dirty washroom and bad odour in the room. But the employees were really nice. they gave me back Rs500. The main culprit for pricing . They said they can't help with the refund if I cancel. Moreover takes the 50% price of the hotel charge. Ex: I paid 2000 for the dirty room whereas the hotel gets 1000 INR. Avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful stay.

the hotel was so good and....staf behaviour is also nice. And the location is nice you can get all your need at the nearby.

Washroom was dirty and its ceiling was leaking. The washroom also didn’t have enough light in it, which was most likely to hide the leaking ceiling. The rooms were smelly -full of smell from toilet. The staff was courteous though.

The true things i found good is maintaining privacy and cleanliness of the hotel. Really good property but lack of window view in my room. Which i feel awkward.
