Hotel manager is very good he did everything possible for stay like eary checkin and late checkout Hotel Kapoor Palace other staff is some what having rude behavior like i asked to replace bedsheets as they are not cleaned but manager get it replaced bathroom is very small and hot water is issue here if electricity cut and during our stay no hot water available as genset doesn't support geyser

I was with my wife for Maa Vaishnodevi yatra during Navratri. The reception was quite impressive, the assistance from the Hotel Kapoor Palace staff in time was excellent. The overall condition of the room needs careful attention of the Hotel Kapoor Palace management. It's location is excellent for anybody planning for Vaishnodevi Yatra. Hospitality is commendable.

I was with my family friends with four persons and stayed in a four bedded AC room. The room service was good. Hotel Staff co-operated well. However I suggest that instead of arranging tea from outside early morning , the Hotel Kapoor Palace should make this service available from its own restaurant.

Well dressed and polite staff, best part is that they were following the corona guidelines very well. Also the manager "kuldeep sharma" behavior empress alot. Good nature person and helpful too. Location of Hotel Kapoor Palace is best part as it situated at main chowk of katra (bus stand chowk)

The location is too good, even Hotel service was too good but not cab facility available to Katra railway Station, even prices are too high, no wifi working, outside food is to cheap and best rather than inside Hotel food.
