Receiptionis have very bad attitude while the owner of the premises was very cooperative, They give more importance to offline customer instead of online customer.

The hotel is very good, the service is also very good, and it’s the best hotel in Amritsar. The best part is that it’s near the Golden Temple.

Very very small room….. remotes not working …wifi also not working….bed sheet n blanket not clean…..

Karan residence hotel is centrally located, near Darbar sahib , or easy to get to from the airport or other transportation hubs. If it's a walkable area, mention specific points of interest nearby.

Stay experience was not that good.Behaviour of the staff was rude and they ignore the problem the customer.When breakfast was ordered ,it took them 1 hr to revert back and at the end they said no chef is there at 10 am and again order was placed.The other day,the staff was not interested in bringing meal at the room ,but after several followups he came and kept the food item in anger on the bed.They were told to clean up the room many a times but they tried every chance to avoid the cleaning of our room.when customers are carrying more 2-3 bags ,they don't come forward to help rather they watch customer to struggle with the baggage.Location wise it is good otherwise.They need to learn basic etiquette I would say.

The condition of the room is not good . booked suit but it's not look like as.snall un maintained only hot water is coming cockroaches in rooms

location is ok it's close to golden temple and jaliawala bagh. Amenities are average, bathroom is too small and not comfortable. Only hot water was available, and it was too hot to take bath. the staff also could not set it right and advised to use bathroom of other nearby room. not recommended

Shower is not working, tele-phone is not working, Breakfast is not good, and overall the facilities were not good.

Good hospitality tidy n clean rooms within walking distance near to gurudwara n main parking.

Clean and excellent place at an affordable price. Location is close to the golden temple. Nice and safe place, was hygienic, good luggage and waiting room service available

Not good staff, service is very bad, women where not feeling comfortable in this hotel due to staff behaviour was like that, i ask 4 times for gst invoice still didn't get it
