Hotel Karl Residency

This Hotel is located in the prime location but still is quiet from the hustle and bustle of the Mumbai traffic. The Hotel Karl Residency is pretty old in terms of the architecture and hence the weird smell in the rooms. But it's centralized AC somehow balances it out and the Hotel Karl Residency has tried to keep up to the new standards of modern amenities such a glass door for the shower area, a few things are pretty old fashioned and it is good like the newspaper will be at your doorstep every morning. Has a basic swimming pool facility on the terrace. Food in the restaurant isn't that great, pretty ok. But overall the stay was comfortable, Worth the money if you strike a good deal from MMT.

Hotel was good but also it was limited with few options. It is bit expensive for that location. Room was bit compact with less storage space. If breakfast is included with extra charges then sounds good for the price charged now. Mm t has listed this Hotel Karl Residency which is really good for tourists like me. Lobby was not upto the mark there is scope for improvement in Hotel Karl Residency than retaining with changing. *breakfast must provide without extra charge then sounds good. Very nice Hotel Karl Residency with extremely polite and helpful staff. Location also is very comfortable and silent. There is a small swimming pool on the terrace which is kinda ok but not that as expected. The staff service is awesome. Breakfast needed a few more items to make it complete, but with what Karl offers is satiable. The rooms are clean and exactly as shown in pictures. The AC's work perfect and loved the bed. Bathrooms are also clean and enough in size. All in all, a great family place.

We have stayed very comfortable at Hotel Karl Residency with good environment and clean room everything was good. The location is nice and peaceful. Hotel looks grand from the outside and from inside there are some works going on during the time of our visit. Outside food is not allowed in the Hotel Karl Residency but in the Hotel Karl Residency itself we have a restaurant and food provided is good, tasty and affordable. Free parking is available

The rooms were pretty decent with all modern amenities. Toilets were very clean and rooms had proper air conditioning and the window view was nice. Room service was prompt and food was tasty. Room tariff were pretty reasonable. I liked the surrounding of the Hotel Karl Residency. All over a fantastic stay.

The property is located in a very clean and silent area. The Hotel Karl Residency and room were appropriately cleaned and maintained. Outside food isn’t allowed but the food at the in house restaurant was also good so it didn’t become an issue. I found it to be a good and safe stay. Definitely recommended.

The Hotel Karl Residency is located at prime location with resident locality around. Hotel is safe and not shaddy for couple who are willing to stay. The room service is fast and responsive. The only thing i didn’t like is the room interior. It is quite old.

If you have to be near airport, Juju and Vile Parle this is the right place to stay. Service is good food is good. Overall it's a value for the money.

In Mumbai this best ever Hotel Karl Residency I visited. This is my fixed place from now. Whenever I come to Mumbai I am going to stay here only.
