Hotel Karn Vihar

Excellent stay at hotel karn, Munger. Clean and supporting staff. Good location.

Room was just ok. Bathroom tap was not working. Not great to stay. Manageable stay. Only needy person will think to stay. Lots of things has to be improved. Bed blanket was also not dry cleaned.

Poor facility

I entered the Hotel premises on 07th July, 2025 at about 10 AM, found a boy sleeping on a sofa in his undergarments... I waited at the reception counter for about 5 minutes, and when no one appeared, tapped the side table... the boy woke up, saw me and ran inside the Manager's room... he came wearing clothes and gave me a room's (#207) key, directed me to room's location... - Room was spacious but not maintained properly... the window AC was working but not the remote.. dirty curtains ... - Geyser though ON but the tube disconnected to supply pipe... - My requests for change of room was denied... Khali nahi hai, however, I didn't see any other guest during my 4 days' stay ... - One small soap only is provided on request... towel given on third day in repeated requests... - Property location is good/convenient... - Food (not good) provided only if available, that too, whatever available (you have no choice) ... Overall experience.. Worst ...

Stay was not comfortable and no proper facilities is there ij hotel karn vihar. Will never suggest any guest to stay here. Pathetic service

Hotel had a beautiful and friendly greenery area and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are big & airy. Amazing breakfast. Highly recommended.

Need to improve cleaning of the hotel and also need to improve the food quality

Space was good. But there was not cleaned room, washroom also not cleaned, room was smelling, in washroom bathing soaps are not available

मेरे होटल में रूम का कंडीशन सही नहीं था। कोई कॉल सिस्टम नहीं था। सब सरकारी काम जैसा था। खुशी बस इतनी थी कि इसका लोकेशन बिल्कुल सही और शांत वातावरण में था

The room service is not good. The rooms are big but need more maintenance. Bathroom has open transparent glass window

Location is good food is okay all amenities were not in order services was very poi r due to limited staff

Complimentary breakfast was on tarrif plan but not given. While checkout i'd asked about it. They didn't respond properly. Kindly look into this

No network in hotel room, also poor wifi connectivity, foods were also not good, amenities were good, location is ok

Final invoice not issued by the hotel quoting that since booking is through makemytrip hence we cannot issue another bill

Electric Shock Experienced in Washroom. Infra is good and specious.
