The hotel, located next to Ernakulam South railway station, was a huge advantage. The rooms were average at best, but the main issue was the subpar cleanliness throughout the facility. To make matters worse, the hotel lacked a power backup system, a significant oversight. Most disturbingly, I saw rats on the air conditioning unit, a completely unacceptable and unhygienic situation that highlights a severe lack of pest control and basic maintenance.

Rooms are good. it's actually clean. But lift is not working properly. we are staying there for 2 days. it was an average experience.

It's an old hotel, where rooms are maintained ok. ac was ok. Hot water issue is there. overall an average stay

Alla tap coming only hot water no normal water bed sheet bed was not clean. Old school setup.

We stayed at Karthika Residency for five days. The reception staff had a good attitude, and the place was neat and clean. If needed, they would clean our room, including the bedsheets and blankets daily . The hotel is near Ernakulam South Railway Station. We could also take a night walk to Panampilly Nagar, which was just a 9-minute walk away. Welcare Hospital was also within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. All the necessary facilities were nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

very near to railwaystation and ernakulam city, amenity are good. no food there, parking space availble.

Room was very good. Near to railway station. Rate was slightly more for non-ac room. Room was beautiful.

I got one towel in room very dirty and very bad smell, then i informed to staff and they gave me another towel

Good for one night stay when you travel for work. Near to south railway station back gate. They serve breakfast in the room. Breakfast is limited to a cup of tea and three idliis with sambar and chutney.

Location is good near to the railway station. Full of mosquitoes, room ceiling was damage, services we need to request every time for eg : changing bed sheets cleaning room

Well maintained rooms, good parking space, nearby ernakulam south railway station. Staff behavior is unprofessional. Male employees look at women in a way they never saw before.

Silent location, nearby south realway station. Nice room. They have not provided soap, bath towel, drinking water. When i request, they have provided towel and water. Night time mosquito disturbance is high.
