Hotel Kashish International

I just visited kashish hotel in this month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

Room service was not available in night, and cat was present on the 2nd floor disturb over night before the room I booked and base phone was also not working properly after complaint.

Inside room there is no proper service

Pathetic stay , staff was extremely rude , room was dirty , the bed sheets could be cleaner . Food was okay . The front desk was beyond rude , could not WAIT to get out of the hotel sooner . The only thing okay with the place was that the rooms were a little spacious , THATS it . Overall i would rate my experience beyond bad and I highly urge anyone not to visit this hotel

No Dental kit there. I ordered food at 10:45 pm but they did not punch. after complaint they managed food after 60 min

The only thing good about this Hotel is the location. The rooms are not clean, mattress is hard like rock, washroom seems like it wasn't cleaned since few months and the walls need paintings. The entire Hotel needs maintenance urgently.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. The customer service was poor, and despite making a simple request for a room with a smart tv, there was no effort to accommodate me, even after multiple follow-ups. Additionally, room service wasn’t available until 11am, which was inconvenient. Overall, i expected more for the price.

Poor maintenance - ac not working, linen very old and shabby and cockroaches and bed bugs observed during the stay. In breakfast only poha and bread butter with tea, coffee and milk as option

Very nice stay, nice location from kalyan station. Very nice for family stay. Very friendly staff. Very good food, we enjoyed breakfast as well. Overall very nice stay as far as kalyan is concern. I will definitely stay with family if stayed at or nearer to kalyan. Thanks to mm t for keeping in touch with us for updates.

Room was so dirty with dirty bed sheet, foul smell in washroom, changed room on 28 and lot of cockroach in the room. Only idli and tea served in breakfast which was cold. Food ordered was something better to eat
