Hotel Kasturi Orchid

Good comfortable Hotel Kasturi Orchid with modern amenities. Only drawback is that it is away from the main city and shopping areas. Food is good and so is service. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Room is good, clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows are good quality. Bathrooms are well maintained and toiletries are of good quality. Good for a relaxed family stay. Location is sad. Looked like all of delhi was booked due to many exhibitions and fairs happening in march 23. The Hotel Kasturi Orchid is in one narrow lane deep inside chuna mandi area. Location feels almost shady and not recommended for families. The place looked good but is a big let don in actual. Looks like mmt bookings are given the saddest rooms. Our so called deluxe room was barely 100 sft. One queen bed and the room was full. Absolutely no place to move around. Also we were allotted a room in one corner of the building. The stairs were right in front of the door and if you are not careful, an accident could happen. There was one worthless window which opened into the atrium or duct of the building. With no light. Better not to have that window at all. We asked for a change of room as we were a family but they flatly refused even though there were a couple of rooms available as we could see. They didn't accept that as well. You have to walk up 4 floors in the opposite building, which is another Hotel Kasturi Orchid, for your breakfast! the staff didn't seem to care a damn about service. We had to ask for towels, they ended up giving only one though we were two of us. Funnily they gave us two shaving kits for one night stay! the worst part of this experience is the per night charged for a place which is barely worth 1k per night for dual occupancy! did not have any details about location of the place, nor whether it is family friendly. Overall a sad experience.

Has to be the best Hotel Kasturi Orchid in jodhpur. Stay was so so comfortable. Very clean and very attentive staff, always eager to help at anytime. I travel-led with my mother, she is 75 yrs old and has knee problem. Very special thanks to ms neha, who came immediately on the front desk to help my mother. It was raining that day and she made sure by bringing towel for my mother. And made sure she won't slip because of wet floor outside. Thank you! also special thanks to guard ram bahadur for arranging taxi whenever required. Will stay here only in jodhpur gaurav sisodia

Very nice and clean property in this part of india. Staff is very courteous and responsible. Food quality is too good. A heaven for morning walkers as Hotel Kasturi Orchid have a beautiful lush green grass lawn about 1. 5 acre in size. Interior have been done with good taste. Hygiene standard is high. Wish there could be gym and spa facility also. Location being little remote, its difficult to get uber/ola service for commuting. Will like to stay again if i get a chance to visit jodhpur again!

It was a very nice stay at kasturi, there was a mishap at first as even 3 hours after the check in time the room was still getting clean but got the key after waiting for 20 mins after reaching. Food is average but room is spacious and clean. They have good parking space as well but the service is extremely slow you have to follow up at least thrice for getting anything. Its little far from city as its located in ring road. Happy with the room and cleanliness hence overall good.

We had booked a suit room. Room. Num 307 ... Superb bedroom with drawing room and sofa. Superb bathroom. Two attached bathrooms are there .. Very clean spacious two tv sets are there .. Good parking area. High quality food. Delicious. Dining room was just like a 4* Hotel Kasturi Orchid ... Pleasant stay at year end 2017 ... Would surely like to go again. Only prob is that Hotel Kasturi Orchid is located on a highway. Away from every sight seen.

The Hotel Kasturi Orchid was very well maintained. The room was nice and cozy. The Hotel Kasturi Orchid staff was very courteous. The only drawback I personally felt was that it's a pure vegetarian Hotel Kasturi Orchid plus it has a banquet hall and party lawn, so the music from the wedding party was a small issue. Even though I enjoyed the Rajasthani music they were playing, it could be an issue if you're trying to take a nap.

Stay at kasturi was awesome and since it was group we enjoyed it was good spread on garden and greenery.
Place was indeed incredible. Amenities provided by the Hotel Kasturi Orchid was excellent and up to the mark. Location wise it was too inside but if want to avoid hustle and bustle of the city, Kasturi orchid was the excellent option to consider.

Though the Hotel Kasturi Orchid is situated on a slight outskirts of the City but it's a majestic Hotel Kasturi Orchid with wonderful stay experience. Absolutely neat and we'll crafted. The only drawback which I felt was non availability non vegetarian food. Even the egg was not available during the breakfast. But in all a magnificent experience.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a good time. While service can be improved, i won't complain at this price point. The room size was great and we would definitely return in future.
