Thy are very professional. Rooms were great and the views from rooms were mind blowing. Just one issue which can be ignored with so many positive things” found bathroom a bit stinky

Overall experience is satisfactory for the price I paid. Location is on main Hill Cart road that connects to Mall road. It is busy and has traffic jams during rush seasons. Traditional foods/recipes are cooked good and I loved the butter roti and aloo paratha. Services should be improved. For instance bed sheets were not changed daily, hand soaps were not provided daily, and bathroom smelled bad upon entry. As said, overall it was good experience and value for money stay.

I had a very good and bad experience at the same time during my stay first positive sides are good view nice staff good behavior well maintained hotel negatives are my room bathroom door lock was damage my sisters room gyser was not working properly parking is mentioned but i didn't get parking staff told me to park outside hotel due to which someone damage my right side and windshield but i forgot my wedding ring and watch at hotel they did take care of that and return me the item that's why i will give full rating.

Amazing experience at darjeeling but whether is not good this time, toy train travel cost is very high. They can do better of staff's hospitality and cleanness of hotel kasturi palace

The hotel service was very poor they took too much time to serve. The washroom was not clean and hygienic. Car service was also poor provided by hotel.

Nice ambience, quality food and well behaviour of staffs. That's all we got.

Hotel location is on the hill cart road not difficult to find. But if you don't have a reserved car every time you will face difficulty to reach the taxi stand as shared cabs are very less and almost comes full. Difficult to reach hotel as well after 9pm from Mal by shared cab. No nearby restaurant or snacks shop, have to depend on hotel food if you are not carrying it. And hotel foods are only veg and very costly and subject to availability based on prior order. So if you need dinner there you need to order before 6pm. So not a preferred option if you are preferring to spend time in Mal at evening.

The Hotel is not a hotel but a dingy hole which has the worst possible environment perfect to spoil the vacation. The smelly place has broken toilets full of fungus, non-functional geysers, dirty linen, very small rooms not worth living, uncourteous thugs as staff. All in all a very forgetful experience.
