Pros Room was good and neat Owner/manager was very cooperative and also the staff. Very close to bus stand and railway Station Food outlets are nearby You will get everything close by Cons Since our room is ground floor they were talking in very high volume and could easily we can hear. We lost sleep. Some of the Hotel Katra Heightss collect early check-in amount from travellers, but we do early check out why they are not refunding? Because the same room they will give to others by collection of early check-in

My stay in this Hotel Katra Heights was amazing. Rooms and washrooms was spacious. Ventilated rooms with goof view. Location is good and very near to main bazar and bus stand. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Owner is very helpful and courteous. Hot water availabe 24 hrs wifi speed is good and working in all rooms. Room clealniness is good and hygenic. I highly recommend this Hotel Katra Heights to all families and couple who want peaceful and amazing stay in katra.

Hotel Katra heights is newly built Hotel Katra Heights near to main market of katra and bus stand. he arrange free pick up and drop to railway station at early hours and late hours. staff is knowledgeable and cooperative. deluxe room is neat and clear service of manager is good and we feel like we stay at home. our room is well ventilated and fresh. we didn't face any problems during our stay. I recommend everyone to book Hotel Katra heights.

I had booked Katra Heights for 2 nights and my experience was amazing. If i talk about the staff so they are very gentle person and very much humble and supportive. And the bedroom and washrooms were also neat and clean. Also the location of the Hotel Katra Heights is best it’s near by the bus stand and the market and also near by the railway station. Thanks to the Hotel Katra Heights for making our tour much comfortable.

I was booked katra height Hotel Katra Heights for maa vaishno devi visit. Room was very clean and also washroom is also cleaned. They are provided us a TV, hot water, AC and also extra bed if you want. When you book a Hotel Katra Heights, you want cleaning in your washroom and also in you room. In this Hotel Katra Heights I got both of them. It is a new Hotel Katra Heights and very stylish room with furniture.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We traveled with two six-year-olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator, this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Jammu & Kashmir.

The stay was quite peaceful though the Hotel Katra Heights has opened recently and new to the people, the services are less but once they are established, it'll be a great place to stay. The room we got was a bit small though but the manager said that they have bigger rooms but it's peak time and the Hotel Katra Heights is full. All in all, for the shorter trips, the place is good.

It was a nice stay and comfortable to stay here. 5 stars rating for stay.

Stay was very comfortable, staff was very cordial and helpful. Room and bathroom are spacious with modern fittings. Pickup and drop was as committed. Yatra route and market was very close. Snaps are actual and rooms are as real as in the pictures. One sentence- value and comfort for money.
