Hotel Katra Residency

1. i booked Hotel Katra Residency oyo royal. when reached to Hotel Katra Residency, they told we can't stay because there is power cut for few days in that Hotel Katra Residency. when i called them previously before reaching to Hotel Katra Residency, there was no such information. i have senior citizens travelling with me. Hotel Katra Residency told us to search for other Hotel Katra Residency. in spite of pre booking i had to search for other Hotel Katra Residencys around. you can check i have not signed anything in register. nothing refunded . at least help me to get my refund. i could not initiate this issue previously as i had search Hotel Katra Residency first for the stay of senior citizens travelling with me.

The moment i walked in, i was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made check-in a breeze. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and i appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary toiletries and the coffee maker. The view from my window was breathtaking, offering a serene panorama of the vaishno devi. The Hotel Katra Residency’s amenities were top-notch. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the views. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options to suit every palate.

It was a pleasant experience. Hotel was adjustable in check in and check out time. Food was very good (which i didnt expected at all. We had tea at so many places but none of them were good, all were offering very very sweet tea. But in this Hotel Katra Residency i just told them what kind of tea i want and i got that. I would definitely recommend this to everybody. This Hotel Katra Residency has everything i was looking for.

We found this Hotel Katra Residency. Decent rooms and attentive staffs. Even though no of staffs were less, they managed to meet the guest requirements. Only short coming is Hotel Katra Residency is claimed buffet b/f and lunch, but not provided any space for the same. One need to order the food from the room and are at there too.

The place is pretty nice, the staff is very generous here. Added to that is the location, right in the middle of town where everything u can get is within a two minutes walk or so. Rooms are well maintained n cleanliness is also very good. Definitely recommend this property to all the visitors. Very pleasant experience.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The cook is excellent. I had the best ever lachha roti of my life in this Hotel Katra Residency. When you come down from the very tiring hike of mata vaishno devi, good food is like amrit. And the chef did complete justice to the ask at both dinner and breakfast.

Good room in budget and near to banganga checkpost, staff are cooperative and good behavior, strongly recommend

I would describe the experience as a fairly good one. The rooms are like what is shown in the pictures. There was room service also available and kind staff. If i were to come back to katra again, i’d go for it again.

Hotel facility is ok, only challenges travelers not going to find easily as Hotel Katra Residency entrance is little inside from main road. Staff are good, Hotel Katra Residency may be improved on overall quality of cleanliness of rooms. Overall good budget Hotel Katra Residency.

Good location and comfortable stay at this price.
