Hotel KB's Grand

I remember booking the kb's grand back in 2019 before covid on my own, but due to the pandemic i lost track in between, but again found them in action back in 2023 when i booked them again for my boy's and family members and they gave me excellent service, since then i planned to book them again for my planned solo trip to shirdi whi has been overdue for sometime. What i liked most about their service is definitely the food kb's newly launched restaurant the zaika not because of the food but also for their team and the efforts to make it happen and that's what i loved the most about them and of course their ability to connect personally with each guest and make it happen, they are extremely helpful and supportive to your needs and ready to make swift changes and that's what elevate their standards and services a notch above.

We had a pleasant stay at kb's grand. The staff were very supportive and polite. Actually we had a problem in the room we booked originally, so the manager gave us an upgraded suite room with no extra cost. The Hotel KB's Grand also provide free drop and pick up to the temple in their own cars. The restaurant at the Hotel KB's Grand is too good, food was excellent and a mist try. Overall we were happy it the stay.

We checked in amzaing staff they are very cooperative as they provide pick n drop service as Hotel KB's Grand is little far but accomodation was very good infact my baby enjoyed rabbits swings in there property so good for stay if u have childrens with u the complimentary brkfast was very authentic maharashtrian poha as loved by my mom highly recommended for ur wonderfull stay at baba's nagari❤️🤗👍🏻

Overall good experience. Clean and pretty large size rooms. They have their own kitchen so no problem about the food. Taste is also good. They should more focus on the service area which was a little bit slow.

Hotel is gud, but need refurbishment. Staff at counter need to inform client of what is included and what is now. Like food in room is chargeable. Which was included in my room cost

Location was good, near sai temple. Food at zyka restaurant was good. Good service. However, no ac. Complementary pick up and drop to the temple was available. Good rom service.

Good place stay accompanied by good restaurant with good taste. Property is well managed but little far from temple but has pickup & drop facilities free of cost

Location is 5 minutes out of main shirdi, on road. Rooms clean, 24!hrs hot water, nice restaurant

Very well appointed rooms and consistently helpful staff notwithstanding the language barriers. Definitely recommend.

Overall the experience was good and the staff was also friendly. The room was also nice. The washroom was small though.
