Disappointed stay at hotel KC crossroad panchkula

Though the booking & check in was smooth but Room was not ready with extra bed/ mattress. Bedsheets were dirty. Room was too small compared to Rent charged.. Further I was told that arrangement for drivers stay will be in Hall which turn out be a non ventilated space full of mosquitoes. Driver ultimately return to vehicle to save himself from mosquitoes bites and humidity and heat. Overall Disappointment with the stay and property

Room was very untidy, tv was not working first then they repaired it. Ac remote was not working . Phone was not working . We stayed there a week before in deluxe room, its condition was very better. But this time it was not a nice stay .
