Hotel room has a very bad smell with used blankets on the bed. No really happy with the room Hotel room has a stinky smell with used blankets are provided.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. The bedsheets provided were torn, and even after requesting a replacement, we were given another torn one. The rooms were full of smoking smell which we did not get any solution. There were no mineral water bottle provided for the stay. You have to buy

travelled with family and stayed there for one day. The room was very clean and spacious. it was very close to the temple. also there was ample parking in that congested area.

Very disappointing stay – not recommended The room was in terrible condition. It was full of cockroaches, and there was a constant bad smell. We had to use our own perfume as a room spray just to tolerate it. On top of that, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Room was average in Size with not much cleanliness neither in Room nor in Bathroom there is no facility of drinking water, AC was not working properly neither the remote of AC was working Average Property but price was hig Room

The double deluxe room for 3 was spacious and neat, bathroom was clean. Best part was the hotel was just 0.5 km from the Periyar bus stand and Madurai junction and just 1 km from Meenakshi temple. Gowri Ganga is a good pure veg hotel just nearby.

Rooms were clean and neat as expected... Best fit for family stay. I strongly recommend.

Very unhappy with receptionist because we came early at 10am our check in time is 12 but we just asked whether we keep our luggage but the reception behaviour was to rude he behaved like that customer is nothing for him very bad experience from reception and after that when we check in at 12 pm the reception guy is very gentleman and Even he asked for sorry the reception behaviour of morning hotel was good even staff is too

Good area. Restaurant, taxi stand and auto stand nearby. Good staff behavior. They have not provided towels. The bathroom is not clean.

Rooms were good and bed is comfortable. We are 7 persons and accomodated in 3 rooms. Overall good experience.

Location was good. Nd rooms facilities are good also

The bed sheets were stained. Found few cockroaches in the room. Only advantage it is near to west gate of meenakshi temple.

Bed sheet are stained. Charging point are loose. Need a change. Apart from that, room is spacious for two people, hot water is there.

Not good. Very old. Ac is not working properly. Flush tank is also not proper. This is major issue.

The property is located in the heart of city and very near to minaxi amman temple. While the facilities and services are ok looking to the budget category hotel, owners need to ensure that basic needs are taken care without waiting for a request by the customer. E. G. 1) proper locking of bathroom door, 2) doormats at bathroom 3) power points for charging found useless as switches were not working. 4) drinking water bottles were provided only after request 5) no option for cool drinking water - temperature outside was 40 degrees overall, stay was so-so, location good, easy availability of local transportation, rickshaws.
