Hotel room was clean, amenities working. Just average room service. Average intercom service. Hygiene was maintained

Worst experience with make my trip app the hotel was denies to check in and I’m with my family in night

The hotel room was not good. It was small and basic thing such as shampoo soap moisturizer were not replaced. Water heater for making tea coffee was not available. No sofa no table no charging point near bed. Staffs were quite good. Advise: check the room properly as per your requirement before checking in

Washroom was old and dirty, cleanliness was not there. Bedsheets and all were not washed properly such a big hotel still it was not upto the mark only good thing was location. No pics taken

Hotel is limited to 2 floors only. Rooms are spacious. Specially executive room. Room service is good send staff is polite.

We booked the hotel for the world cup final. While the prices were skyrocketing hotel kells tarif was reasonable. It’s on sg highway, location is perfect, 2 malls and metro station nearby. Front desk manager bhawan singh deserves a shoutout. Absolutely welcoming. Room service, staff behavior were on point. They entertained our late checkout request too. The restaurant serves delicious food and service is quick. Overall a good experience, keep up the great work

Rooms are not as per the price they charged. Facilities provided need upgradation like blackets, water ketal, no hot water. Not up to the mark cleaning. Fan regulator not working. Can you share a discount coupon

Well located on SG highway, convenient for the business traveller. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and the washroom tidy.

Very badly smelling. Changed 3 rooms. Cockroach on the side room.

It was a good short stay at Hotel KELLY. It was a small room but the ambience was good. I had a very good sleep and the toilet was also clean.

The hotel staff was friendly, room service was good, but the taste of food is not that great, there were 2-3 cockroaches in the room, the room was cleaned for that after request, the carpet in lobby was damp, and the lobby has pungent odor, all in all tbe stay was good.

House keeping is not up to the mark. Over all need improvement. Can do better.
