Elevator is not working, will be difficult for elderly people. Everything was perfect except sloppy housekeeping staff. It was quite evident that bed linen was not changed. Found few strands of female and male hair under the duvet. When staff was shown this, the reply was it might have been blown in by the wind. " blown by the wind" seriously? under the duvet?. Hk staff was forced to take back his lame excuse. Kudos. He came up with another excuse. Maybe this is your hair sir. U should have told us as soon as u checked in. Ok i will remove those hair for you. I had to insist on a linen change. Guys i did not come to inspect your bed. I accidentally happened to see female hair strands. And you had the tenacity to say that female long hair strands were mine. Apart from this, a very comfortable stay, nice location. Reception and security were helpful.

Kemp’s corner is really a warm, cosy place situated in malabar hill, 10 mins from marine drive and 15 from colaba, so its ideal to stay if you want to explore sobo. The rooms are clean but small, so i would suggest booking at least the luxury queen. The staff is amazing and the service is impeccable. The complimentary snacks in the evenings on the roof is just amazing. Though for summers and monsoon, must be difficult to manage. The only issue i faced is the wifi. I did not get enough signal and couldn’t use it in my room or the reception. Suggest to boot it up please.

Stay was excellent ! awesome surroundings. Cozy rooms. Excellent interior design. Only draw back was good but slow room service. Tv was not working properly. Staff were very good. Value for money. No noise in the room. Doesnt feel like we are in the middle of the city. 4/5 rating

The management staff very cordial and smiling ready at our service and understanding our problems and co -operating with us. 1. Snacks served in the evening are good in taste and freshly served 2. The cake made in house is excellent and served on the house. 3. Rooms are very clean and spacious. 4. I love the juices served at the reception. 5. Breakfast is sumptuous and healthy served at rooftop with sweet sounds of live playing of basuri and complimentary foot massage.

Perfect place to do a workation, amazing spot, clean and hygienic. No frills but perfect.
