The room was nice and spacious, and the AC worked well (it's a centralized system). The main issue was the restaurant's service hours: they were quite strict, and you couldn't order things like lunch until later, for instance, not before 1:00 PM. On a positive note, the staff was really helpful.

Very disappointing stay. I paid for a premium room, but it looked like an average one. The bed was just two singles joined together, very uncomfortable, and the washroom was below standard. Overall, not worth the price and highly unsatisfactory.

location is good..nearer to park street,hotel the park, tantra, trinkas club restro n all..hotel ambience food are delicious..but not satisfied with room amenities.. instead of minibar they hv refrigerator.. compact washroom..room interior is poor..no hair dryer which are are basic facilities in this price or a 3-4 star hotel..but the staffs are cordial helping too.it was a 4 days stay.. overall good experience

Well organised room. well mannered and excellent customer services. The food is also taste good. The room service is fantastic.

location nearer to New market, so good for marketing, breakfast included and also food at reasonable rate and tasty, all amenities available like wi fi.

LOCATION IS FANTASTIC 🤩 BUT ROOM SERVICE IS VERY PATHETIC 😕 MORNING BREAKFAST IS NOT UPTO THE MARK . NO VARIETY LIMITED ITEMS . ROOM ARE CLEAN . OVERALL GOOD 👍🏻

No manager or any person to attend issue , I tried whole day they told us we will link you asap at the end it was told there is no manager and owner won’t talk. Denied milk from buffet for infant or boiled water kttle was smelly still told me to use it for my child. Food served cold when told to reheat we were told we cannot accept food from room back to kitchen. All this is height of misbehaving.

Facilities available in this hotel are excellent. Food quality was very nice. Location is in heart of city where everything is approachable. Hotel staff was very cooperative.
