Room was very small in size. Forget about toothpaste, brush, shaving kit etc. other than bed, mattress and pillow there was only ceiling fan, cupboard and an AC ( without remote). In bathroom there was not even handwash, on asking for the same they provided the smallest soap. That's it for cost of Room in Purnea city.

the room i have booked was delux room but the property owner provided me the semi deluxe room with no chairs or sofa and also when i asked for TV and wifi he bluntly said there is no internet available. As i was there for exam propose haven’t created any issue

Also, please note the lower tariff was the result of a backend discount given by MakeMyTrip without our consent, which automatically reduced the booking amount to below Semi Deluxe rates. Despite this, we ensured you had confirmed accommodation rather than face last-minute cancellation. We apologize for the inconvenience with amenities and have shared your feedback with our team.
