Hotel Khems

I had a great experience during my stay at the Hotel Khems. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service, making my visit enjoyable overall. However, it would be even better if they could include complimentary water bottles inside the rooms for added convenience. While the experience was positive, i did feel that the price was a bit on the higher side for what was offered. That said, it was a comfortable stay, and i appreciate the effort put into ensuring a pleasant visit.

Location is nice. Cleanliness is maintained. Staff is good. Hotel is vibrant. Price is also reasonable. They have only problem of hot water as it is not available 24 hrs (7-10. 30 morning and evening ) and it becomes very problematic in chilled atmosphere of ooty which can get you cold. Rest is perfect with khems.

This Hotel Khems had good ambience, unique and very good maintenance. The staff of Hotel Khems was very good and polite towards the customer. At this Hotel Khems they had very good equipments like sensor lights digital lock system etc.

Pros: the location was good near to almost every tourist attraction. Also, the hospitality was remarkable. Cons: no restaurant available. Hot water is not available 24x7, which is a major problem in winters.

Goodplace to stay in ooty. Room was bit small, otherwise it's good for one or two days, they provided electric kettle and warm water during morning and evening. It was neat and clean everywhere.

The stay at khems was comfortable. Superior room with view of ooty city from window. Good parking place. Draw back is no restaurant

Hotel rooms were good but hot water was not available 24*7, very difficult to manage during winters.

Restaurant facility is not available but rest thing is nice.
