Good Stay
This is my 4th stay (9th to 12th Sep) at Kinara Grand and I would like to continue from a convenience point of view. I booked an executive room ( dont know the difference between Exec and Deluxe). The guests room offered on the first day, 204 was damp and the paint got removed on the wall. On ny request they changed my room to 303. I could spot some 3 - 4 cockraches on the floor below the working desk. Request the hotel cleaning department to plese take care. The employees are very cordial.

Very poor in Quality and Behaviour
Location-wise very convenient. 2 mins walk to Metro which connects the city. Although the food was very good but bit expensive as compared to nearby places. However, the people at the reception were not friendly at all. They even did not talk to us properly. Also, if you book , they are not happy and will not coordinate in a helpful manner ( they clearly said that). . We stayed there five nights ( costing around 14000 INR) and we kindly ask if we can stay for additional 2 h ( till 14:00 h), they clearly refused and asked for additional 1500 INR for 2 hr. Most funny part is you need to submit the key every time to the reception when you go out of the hotel ( with very funny reason😂😂 super strange !!). They would not allow you to take your key with you during your stay. Overall very poor in maintenance in room, Did not change anything in room in five days or even asked. Very poor experience !!!..

very poor service
Employee in reception, room service and house keeping have a pathetic attitude and laid back work culture and the poor Manager gets things resolved. No water in the bathroom in mornings till you remind and request, drinking water after 2 hours of request and multiple reminders, Dirty linen, broken AC vents, antique only sometimes working phone in room are to be expected

Good Stay
Kinara grand staff were good, they were co-operative, they are quick on their service, the added advantage is restaurant is below the lodged and it will very convenient for the visitors. Only issue was we checked out the room, but we were having client meeting and we came back and asked for fresh up room, but they provided the very congested wash room, which was difficult for the ladies, but otherwise overall it was good experience

Excellent Stay
Our stay was very much comfortable with the hospitality of team kinnera grand habsiguda. Room upkeep was absolutely remarkable. We had good food during breakfast and lunch. Response of the reception team was commendable. Overall it's a good hotel to which we were associated right from 2011 for various functions.
