Hotel KINARA GRAND-Shamshabad

My stay was not very pleasant. The pillows were uncomfortably large, the bedsheets were in poor condition, and there were noticeable stains in several areas. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort expectations.

horrible hotel to stay....nothing is clean...worst dirty room....staff was helpless because I paid upfront payment for 2 night stay....i entered the property and checked out in 1 hr....make my trip should check the property periodically and offer to customers.....

Worst ac not working bad smell in room, wifi not working properly. Rooms are not up to the mark.

Very bad experience booked 3 persons room but given 2 beds only small ordinary room 209. Towels dirty tv out of order dusted room no cleaning never choose hotel kinara grand ever and mm t too.

Electricity failure and switch board short circuit and poor maintenance in bathroom and poor maintenance in electricity and got eletricuted in bathroom

Room at kiwi inn was well kept and cozy. Washroom and bed were clean and comfortable bed. Ac was working good. The only bad thing is inhouse restaurant was not available and outside food ordered came very late. Modest place, helpful staff.

Room was not clean. Drinking water is not given as complimentary

Paid for executive breskfast. But there is no breakfast in hotel. After my complaint they given some idly vada. From other shop. Do actually it is cheating

Worst experience don’t even provide water bottle and washroom is not at all good with bad quality of bed

All staff personnel are good and professional. Some amount of small recondition works are to be carried out on acs, light i fittings, doors water taps.

Most horrible experience is when we woke up in the morning there was no water coming. After complaining water came after 40 minutes.

photos are good. Actual hotel is old one. Rooms are not good. Very old broken door, water licking, water is not coming, in food we have tried veg, non veg biryani, not good. So given rating accordingly. Will not prefer.

Baapre baap, till now i didn't experienced like this what that water came from taps dark black co-loured water while opened for almost 1 minute that gives me a shock that too no response while i complaint in reception second one that ac i think that is historical piece no cool even it kept in 16, for ac they have changed the room but that changed room also a small little better than first i asked for a water bottle at 9 o' clock not supplied i made a little mistake that instead of am i didn't observed that wrong felt as p. M for this they demanded rs. 500. 00 as early check-in, but i didn't paid totally the hotel is old historical ancestral monument to see only not for use what i came to understand finally. Better to leave them further to stop damaging your good reputation ( mm t )
