I fell lot problem in their hotel like electricity, water supply

My room was booked for 3 rd floor but I was allocated room on second floor. There was no wifi, TV was installed but not working. In three days no house keeping visited for room cleaning or bedsheet change. I requested for any room facing to outside but they denied. Overall we can say if you just looking to stay and intent for spiritual Ganga snan only then it's fine.

The hotel was average, Our room was on 2nd floor. We were not provided the AC remote/TV remote and there was no option to put the tv's set top box pin in socket as there were not enough socket. rooms are also average with taps leaking water every time. The geyser wasn't functional in any room. Also they had strict policy of staying upto 11 AM only but we could keep our luggage in lobby after that for some time.

Tv was not working, no lift I am a handicapped person and gave me room at 2nd floor without lift. That's ok. Ac was controlled by reception, no remote or on off switch for ac. Once the ac is on it can b powered off only by reception. Whole night I was shivering coz of ac coz I can't switch it off. Fan was running like it might fall anytime, so i switched off the fan. There were mosquitos in the room, so I can't sleep whole night. I checked out early coz of this.disappointed

Hotel King is a very bad hotel. My suggestion is not to book this hotel. The fan in this hotel makes a lot of noise, the AC leaks water, and the hotel caretaker speaks very rudely.

all facilities goods and staff is supportive near by railway station easy to convenience

room and latbath is clean but there is some disturbance in room bcoz AC watar sound hare some like TAPPP TAPPP TAPPP..

The location is good near the station and on the route to Har kisi paudi and Mansa devi rope .

The hotel is located in the main market and as such it’s quite difficult to reach there. However, there’s parking space available for one car. Talking about the room, it was below average as the linen was dirty and the taps were not working. I had to call the staff multiple times to fix the issue. The good thing is that the staff is cooperative and helpful.

very easy to find the location. Staffs are very friendly and very helpful. rooms are very neat and clean.

Hote King is well known in Haridwar. Anybody can reach there easily. Hotel King doesn't provide Food. There was no lift to go on 3rd or 4th Floor. Drinking water is available only on Ground Floor. Television is not working there. Rest is well. Staffs are cooperative

Was a good stay, but could have been better.

Arrangement could be better. Wall paints were getting out. Bathroom doors were not closing, smelly bathroom

Good stay...cop operative. Wonderful. ...clean....spacious....and nearest to station is advantages

Was denied early check-in for a nominal price, but was asked to pay for full day room rent which I did and humbly requested for clean bed sheets, pillow cover etc, but was made to sleep on filthy, smelling bed sheets and pillows, no towel or toiletries were provided. It was booked for two nights as two separate transactions, caught severe throat and eye infection, had to dig in my heels at reception and persuade very hard to get bed sheets, pillow cover changed and requested another time to get towel also. no toiletries were provided. One window was not properly placed , opens in corridor with full view,compromising privacy , only a average curtain, fan did not had a working regulator some operated at full speed only. Casual approach by reception staff. Even bare minimum expectations from the budget hotel were not met.

budget staying and staff are polite and staff are very helpful. this hotel is near to ganga ghat and railway station.
