Hotel Kings Fort

They were not interested in providing breakfast which was supposed to be included in tariffs. On persistent demand just provided some stale poha on first day. Second day didn't start breakfast service till i checked out at 8 am. Even for towels, toiletries, response was very delayed/bad. Didn't click at all. Disgusting experience.

Room was ok staff ambience was not good and friendly

Overall experience is good but when we check in they didn't provide towel and soap till the night and after telling them, they provided only towels. In between my bath the water supply stopped i was stuck in the bathroom for half an hour.

I'm order 10:15pm dinner but delivered 3. 4 hours only 2 item roti or chicken mashala and next day breakfast provide krone me problem ho rah a tha or room ka ac temperature auto me rahega koi bhi cooling nhi esa hai ye hotel

There was no toiletries in the bathroom. Tv was not working. Linen was not changed and also the room was cleaned as it happens in every other hotel. The linen was also dirty. The comforter has fresh stain marks on it. Not even the intercom was working. Since mine breakfast was included. But the hotel wanted to avoid complimentary breakfast. I had to go down to reception to ask for breakfast. Pathetic situation

Tv not working

There is no room service. The lighting are too gaudy. No water battles. They first denied to supply drinking water as the bar is closed. Hearing for the first time that because bar is closed so no water. After continuous nagging and pleading they supplied water. There was no electricity supply from 6 am onwards. Then i had to literally shout and fight then the electricity was restored. but my experience ise horrible. Please don't recommend this to the clients in future. It's better to be lodged in some hotels or guest house. There is nothing to photograph with my complaints though toilet was unkept though room is clean but no regulator for ceiling fan. I had to switch it off permanently.

Very dirty room no cleanliness no towels and soap provided by hotel. Bedsheet were full of dust and dirty.

There is no check in system fast and there is no amenities in room many things are missing television have not work for any channel, and staff nature is good but service is avrage.

Location is very good centre of Durg, food is good and service
