Reached at midnite Kettle in the room but NO WATER OR TEA BAG OR MILK SACHET OR SUGAR. And on asking was given हाथ से ONE EACH. And *AFTER THREE REMINDERS AND 18 minutes* Breakfast was ONLY 4-5 items. That’s it.

Bad stay. 1st they gave us room which was already occupied. Then asked to shift to other room, which was terrible. It was very unhygienic, seems like not have been cleaned since long. Ac was not working, exhaust fan not working and what not. Then again asked to shift another room.

My experience at hotel

I stayed for a day a hotel kings park, indore, single room with breakfast included. Buffet breakfast was not there instead they gave choice if 3 variety of breakfast, which i selected 1, with 1 aloo parata and tea. They had charged about rs. 500 extra for breakfast and have given only one item. When complained, they were only 3 - 4 guests, hence not feasible for buffet breakfast. I went to breakfast at 8 am, still nothing was open and nobody available, dirty rooms and bed sheets. Worst hotel

Furthermore i would like to inform that our team had check all the details of your stay and we came to know that your booking was for 3 adults and at the time of check in we received the 2 persons ids and when we asked the id of 3rd person (male member) you said you will give us later and then we got the id after asking for multiple times, which we does not feel good to ask again and again but as per the hotel norms and the current covid -19 situation, we must need the id of each and every member who stays at our hotel. Also we checked your check out time was 1630 hrs, and our check out time is 1100 hrs, as per norms early check in/ late check out is subject to availability and chargeable. Hence, we charged for late check out. I hope you give us another opportunity to welcome you.
