Good stay, but not for family

Room was clean, linen was good. Staff were friendly. Worth the price. However, it is not preferred for family stay. Since it is located on a main road opposite to the main rt c bus stand, there is a lot of noise. The Hotel KKM Highlands rooms are located on 3rd and 4th floors with shops/establishments below. It has no restaurant of its own. No good places to eat outside nearby.

Staff Behaviour was good. I got an underground parking space, so I am happy about it. No disturbances. Location is slightly difficult to find but one who knows how to follow google can get it. The only cons for me is that the room was not spacious enough when compared to the price paid. The price could have been a bit low. Other than that I am happy with my stay. 🤗

Staff were cooperative and humble. Good people. Rooms were clean. In cupboard only cockroach were there, but we stayed for one night so not much problem. Bathroom were clean and ac was working perfectly.
