Hotel KLG Altoria

The staff was sooo rude .Also the air conditioner wasn’t working to the fullest .The television was hanging and we weren’t able to use the television .The hotel didn’t had parking the the staff got in attitude and were t saying we don’t provide parking rest you manage yourself . No room services were these no housekeeping was done .Auxh pathetic hotel .Extremely regretting experience .Total money waste

I was faced many problem there.

I booked this property for a nice stay. But it was bad. The peppery didn’t have hot running water. Which is a basic need. Disappointed.

Original booking is for premium room 178 sqr foot but provided deluxe room they want to give poor rooms to customers came through mmt. And good rooms to direct customers

Stay was excellent. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Should more options for breakfast.

Had to change the room, due to the smelly and rusty room. I was expecting more when i booked a premium room.

It was nyc hotel. Food is also very tasty. Everything is fyn. But there is leakage of water from ac but the staff mopped it. As soon as they came to knw. N i had a very nyc stay there.

I found the property on make my trip search. It is the best hotel in that lane among many others hotels in sector 43. Newly renovated, nice ambience and decor, good service, nice breakfast. Most importantly people are good. Very pleasant stay. Would like to come back again. The central ac was bit cold and had a manual control, but this is a minor thing.

Overall it was good but washroom could be better functional. Water from the wash basin was flowing slowly. Rest everything is good. Nice food and co operative staff

The property is located in a decent place having enough space for car parking but they do not have any driver's room which should be there

Location was excellent. Property was neat and clean. Rooms for double occupancy was sufficiently adequate. Hotel was willing to accommodate very early check in for half the price. Food was expensive for the hotel attached but restaurants are available a few blocks down the lane. Overall a good stay

My stay at kl g altoria was a delightful experience. They catered me well and fulfilled all my demands. Rooms are quite spacious with decent amenities in the room. The rain shower is amazing. The staff is very prompt and attentive. The location is bang on, right on the main road, yet it gets so peaceful and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. The service was prompt and the room was also spacious for 2 people. The breakfast menu is limited but the quality is fine. A good budget stay !

I stayed with my wife and kid. The staff were very nice and food was amazing. Great room service as well. The only thing i would suggest the hotel to install the dark shade curtains on the windows in the premium suite. It’s not dark in the night, too much light coming in the room from those windows. Once again i will surely book here again because staff was very good, but not in same room.

It was a very comfortable stay. Rooms were neat and clean. I stayed there for four nights. Room service was good too.
