1. Location - Being very close to BKC is advantageous, provided one avoids peak hours. 2. Cleanliness - that’s the best part of the hotel and courteous staff. An addition of Smart TVs in rooms will add to a better experience. 3. Food - breakfast and dinner, all buffet only - good choices of items served, non oily - good on taste, and a live counter, makes it less complicated. Kitchen visible through the glass - all hygiene practices followed by chefs.

It's one of my best stays in Mumbai till today. One of the best parts of the stay is that they book only with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And the variety of food spread there is amazing. On my demand, they also prepared dal khichdi for my wife. Only one lacuna is lack of room service, but I didn't feel that mess. I give them 5 stars.

Hotel location is good. Amenities were very good. Room was very comfortable. Food was average. They had my breakfast packed as I was checking out early morning, thoughtful of them to do so. Courteous staff. Overall would recommend the hotel.

The place was clean and the food was of good spread. Location is near to my desired place on a busy street. Water bottles and toiletries are provided sufficiently. The some dishes like idle, sambar, Vada, dosa, coconut chutney are not to my liking. I liked the chat items and starters in the menu, Main course felt bland. I wouldn't stay for the food. But for the clean stay. Also, there is no room service.

The hotel and its various facilities were very good. Room was clean, with clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Some hooks on walls or behind doors for hanging used towels, clothes would be helpful. Water pressure in shower and health faucet is low.
