Hotel Kohinoor Plaza

Horrible. I checked in. And again checked out in 2-3 hours after visiting my friend. Hotel is terrible. Work is going on. Room is very bad, though they shown me 2-3 rooms. Photos are actual have vast difference. I waisted my money by choosing this hotel. I shifted to another hotel. If I can get my money will be great .

Not worth to spend amount in this hotel they dont have proper staff to serve before 11 am rooms are newly innovated but service not good also bad experience with make my trip will wont book any booking in future with make my trip bz they are also not supportive while i m not able to do early checkin.

Worst hotel. No room service. No clean room. Bad smell in room. They are talking rudely to customer. Even no water for drinking in room

Room was good just they need to take care of their bedsheets as they were torn and also the staff is not there to help you out for any assistance.

Location is good but hotel's staff behave is very poor and room size is very small, toilet size is also very small overall not good

The hotel was pathetic, broken bathroom windows and lock. Lot of bed bugs and unhygienic place and staff was drunk and impolite

Hotel was okay, but the biggest problem is the hot water was not available to take the bath, both the days. Sorry i left the hotel

Went for odi wc final match. Location was good but no amenities were there at the hotel plus it is not maintained. Had booked 4 room and 1 room didn't have phone 1 room didn't have tv

Because of the world cup for a normal rate of 1400 for the room i paid 6500 per night. The hotel is not worth more than 1000 per night. Absolutely pathetic service and lousy staff. Shabby rooms full of seepage, bathroom window had no glass, dirty linen and no food available when i returned to the hotel at night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone unless you don’t have an option.

This hotel is so bad and n hotel staff behaviour is also bad i book this hotel for 2 night and 2 day from make my trip but i don't stay in this hotel because this hotel like foot parth.

The stay was pleasant and the hotel staff was friendly the breakfast was delicious and enjoyed the veg thali in lunch overall good experience the hot water running and option of. Ro and mineral water available value for money

No wifi. Lift was not working n wen started to work it was not stopping at 4th floor i was taking staircase till 1 floor den lift. Not cleaning the room even after telling n keeping the key at reception. Lack of hospitality issue no proper professional staff at reception. Very disappointed wit my stay. Room was too dusty too. Food is below average rating

Already booking was done for three person, but charged 500 inr extra for third person and also invoice not provided after so many time requested. Very bad and painful experience.

Maintenance is very very bad. My experience is very poor. I m room check out before timming. Booking 2 days. But stay only one day. My one days charges is pay extra.
